This was perfect!

It was what I needed for the kick-in-the-butt to move forward. I am ashamed to say it but my weight is up, my walking is down, and I feel like crap.

On the good side is that I got up this morning and did one of the, for me, harder incline programs on the treadmill and ate properly--mostly. I really did not need the 3/4 cup of peach cobbler for breakfast.

I aim to go forward.

Get back the morning walk mojo. DH and I have been long-walking on weekends, not just 30 minute walks. emoticon But I need my morning walks.

Keep myself in check food-wise in the evenings. I have been upstairs too much lately. This means no weaving/spinning/knitting/sewi
ng downstairs and the added pull of the kitchen being right there! Out of sight, out of mind. No more this emoticon !

    Don't be so hard on yourself! It sounds like you are in control. We all go off the reservation every now and then. Keep up the good work and those walks with hubby sound wonderful emoticon
