Wow, that was easy!

Since Chris needed to study this morning, I decided to take Vanessa outside to play for a while. We went down to the park near our house, and walked around, looked at the river, played silly games and stuff. At one point we were playing tag and running around together.

I was jogging around really gently and playfully, it felt so easy and fun! In the moment I just really appreciated how well my body was working for me, and I didn't even feel all that winded! I kept going and going waiting to feel tired out enough to want to stop, and it didn't happen very quickly at all. It was amazing! I felt great! I wanna go do it again! :D
