Getting Back On Track

I knew I had been putting on a "little" weight. Today I decided to check and see how much. What an eye opener!!! I've put on 10 lbs. since the middle of June. Changes are being made. I have been logging "all" my food for over a month now, and have joined a couple of teams that have motivated me. I'm also trying to increase my cardio and started strength training a couple of weeks ago. So far the ST has only been once a week ;-) but plan on getting it up to at least twice a week.

I have also started a Gratitude Journal. Focusing on the positives in my life will help me in all of my goals. I'm excited that I am getting back on track aga
