New goals and accountability check-in (Nov 3)

only 5 cups today because machine was out of bottled water
thank you to the time change, I got 8 hours in
I said I was going to post my goals for this week so here they are:
Continue drinking 8 or more cups of water per day. This is actually pretty easy for me on most days unless I run into problems like I did today. (Although I did spend 10 minutes walking from machine to machine today so there was exercise I wouldn't have otherwise.)
Keep up the streak for 6-8 hours of sleep per night. I'm feeling less stressed because I'm not so tired. I also think my feet, ankles and knees are felling better too because they have a chance to rest and repair.
I have a mini streak going already so I'd like to just add it to my goals for this week. I will do at least 10 minutes of exercise per day.
Eat breakfast every day. I really do eat less when I have a good breakfast. Along with this, I want to limit breakfast out to two days per week.
These goals are very doable for me and will become habits again. I was surprised at how easy it was to return to drinking water so I know that is pretty much habit now. The sleep is becoming a habit because I know my body needs it and I can fit it in by planning to do homework at a time other than when I should be sleeping. I am looking forward to a successful week.
