November Goals and October in review

I set a lot of goals for myself in October. I achieved most of them and accomplished a lot. I am pleased with my efforts and what I gained from the work I put into my health. I lost 5 pounds and I hit what I thought was my goal weight (I am curious if I can lose more and I really think I can). Now looking at a new month I want to set some new goals for myself as well as keep some of the ones I had from October.

For fitness:
30+ min of some form of cardio, 5+ days a week
Strength training 5 times a week
Pilates daily

For Nutrition:
Log every bite, taste, lick in myfitnesspal even if I go over calorie range. Just. Keep. Track.
Plan out what I am going to eat for Thanksgiving and log it before I even eat it.
Incorporate more veggies in all my meals and go meatless more often.
More clean eating!
Plan meals and snacks each week

Keep in contact with my team - check in morning and night at least
Encourage others on their journey (by spark goodie, a note, etc) It feels good to get noticed
Give my very best efforts to the challenges on my team
Work on my home routines and decluttering my house
Read every night - turn the darn tv off
Get Christmas shopping done before December…I really want to accomplish this one
