Achieved my Goal and Beyond

I am so excited. When I started Sparks in January of 2013, I was 256lbs. In July I got down to 218lbs.. But in August so many things happen I got off track, didn't exercise, doing for others, and not watching what I ate...really stop not caring I got to goal was to get at least down to 218 by the end of October. Well I did, not only that I lost 2lbs extra I am now at 216lbs. I went in the basement and tried this shirt on I like from a while back and only got to wear two or three times...and it fit...I had the biggest smile on my face.

Thanks to doing my yoga every morning, walking every day(some days I have missed) and the 60day Fitness/health challenge(I also missed some days also)..but I did more days than I missed and got results.

I see when setting goals and achieving them you feel so good want to set more goals

My next goal is to be 205lbs by the end of December..Now I know I am going to have to put in some extra work because of the holidays and with having 8 grandchildren ALL the celebrating goes on at my house... But I am going to do it

Who know I may not only ACHIEVE MY GOAL but GO BEYOND
