Happy Exercise Day

Today I discovered "active rest": I can still get in some healthy activities while "resting" from my usual cardio routine. I started my day with a thirty minute yoga video, then went to the gym with a friend and did some upper body strength training followed by light walking for about 20 minutes. Now for a magnesium oil massage and some sleep!
