Let’s see Oct. has been extremely stressful month between my car’s transmission going out and needing a new car, family issues galore, and a stressful month at work. I can honestly say at least I have kept up my walking streak which is over 2.5 years now every day. At times I need to realize and accept that I cannot squeeze everything in that I wish I could. My sleep has been very short which has tired me out. I work three jobs and run my girls around a lot, can we say burning the candle at both ends? I need the jobs to make ends meet so I cannot get rid of any of them, it is just life.
Oct. Reflections
Walked every day
Met my yearly fitness goal of 25,000 minutes (Oct. 31, 2013)
My plateau has been within a 7 pound range (this is frustrating)
I continue to drink 8 glasses of water a day.
My Spark friends have been supportive! Thank God!
I have not tracked my food like I should, hence no real weight loss.
I have continued to blog once a month! (Go me at the 11th hour!)
I have continued to read for myself!
Bought a Nissan Altima 2013 with under 29,000 miles but now I have a car payment which has not occurred for 8 years. ( I am concerned but need to find a way!)
Nov. Goals
I want to continue walking every day.
I want to track my food honestly 5 days out of 7 days.
I want to break my plateau and lose 5 pounds by the end of Nov.
I will continue to drink my water.
I will be supportive of my Spark friends.
I will huddle w/ my teams for 5 days out of 7 days
I will continue to blog once a month for accountability.
I will continue to read for myself or find other ways of me time.
I am positive that my Spark friends will hold me accountable and help me to maintain my goals for Nov. and help me get through the first set of holidays. I love Spark people and always have; I just need to utilize it to the fullest. Please keep me on track.
