My plan for last week didn't exactly happen but I came close. I didn't do any S90 because the blisters from my burn popped and I had a new round of uncomfortable and my legs had some funky thing going on. I'm still not positive what happened but I was able to jog in place today without pain finally!
Wed: pulled pork sandwiches
Fri: Asian chicken lettuce wraps
Sat: Hoison glazed pork tenderloin
I will continue my pledge to not eat any chocolate. I will add at least one serving of veggies to my meals each day.
