Weekly Weigh In

I weighed in at 207 today. Five pounds gained. Not the direction I wanted to go! This is due to a day of eating copious amounts of everything (mainly candy).
I know that one person is mega against my low carbing, but I really believe in the science behind it, especially since it is the only thing that has worked for me. I guess time will tell. If I do start to switch, then I'm going to have to change my entire diet, except the veggies because I mostly focus on eating meats and veggies.
I know I found more success when I was doing intermittent fasting, but I have just felt really unwilling to do that lately. Come to think of it, this has been near impossible since I started birth control again. I wonder if this is the cause. I am just exhausted with the colder weather and want food in the morning, not because I'm really hungry, but because I want SOMETHING.
Anyway, I had three successful days. I ate a lot yesterday. I'm sick. It makes me not really care about abiding to a plan perfectly when I'm sick.
