I did something new today :)

Today on my lunch break today I didn't really feel for food so what I did was to do my workout instead (insanity core cardio and balance). I did take my lunch back to work with me and I still happened to get my gym workout after work. Although my husband didn't like the idea of me working out instead of eating but when I explained to him that my morning snack had me full, he even ended up cheering me on. I felt so awesome at the end of my workout and I'm proud of me.
