Wednesday, October 30, 2013; Cardio 60-Minutes before breakfast. Body Weight ATG Squats 2x10 followed by stretching exercises.
SSB Squats 2x5x66, 1x5x96, 1x5x116, 1x5x136, 1x5x156, 1x3x206, 3x1x236 (35 Reps for 4270). Went for volume today and still had a new PR of 236.
Bench Press 2x5x65, 2x5x95, 1x5x105, 1x5x115 (30 Reps for 2,700 Lbs.). Beat Friday’s volume 855pounds. Still unable to achieve my 1-Rep Max of 130 but on the bright side there was less pain in the false shoulder.
Bent over Rows 1x5x135, 1x5x185 (Reps 7 for 1,045 Lbs.). Volume was low but I did not drop below my PR.
Total Strong Lift Volume for Wednesday: 72 Repetitions for 8,015 Pounds.
