We were blessed to be able to go out with some friends tonight for team trivia. It was a nice tension release and definitely unexpected. Makes for a late bedtime though. I made some time for me today, talked to some friends and had some laughs. It can only get better (I hope!)

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-5K run and skinny jeans challenge
-eat consciously and track food
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed before 10
