they are my MOST hated form of exercise.
they make my heart race and my lungs burn.
So you'd think i'd avoid them like the plague...
BUT you'd be wrong. I did 1000 of them this month. My friend started a facebook challenge and I joined in hoping it would make me hate them less or at least motivate me to do more of them.
Well, I still hate them but I can do ~50 a day, and most importantly I get to say I did 1000 in October!!!!
