what a water plan is

okay so i had said that i would put out a blog saying what a water plan is well what i am talking about is a little different than what everyone is thinking. Its a plan the you can eat what you want or stay on your spark plan to help lose a little more weight is to set a time that you would just stop eating at first its going to be hard then the more times you keep on doing this plan you get used to it the best time to stop eating is 6 or 7pm at night and its very easy all you have to do is to go and get a cup or a bottle of water and just drink the water till you are ready to go to bed. so that is a plan that i am talking about.
