Good evening out there!!
Another couple of weeks of bad eating and another couple of pounds gained, one each week.
Today I fixed up some soup for lunches for work and have sort of planned out a few supper menus. Hopefully this will help curb the bad food choices.
On the bright side I have been getting at least 8 glasses of water a day, and my exercise streak of at least 10 minutes of cardio a day is still going. Tonight was day 299!!
However, I am still not getting enough sleep. I need to get a better evening routine. Part of that is that I will get my exercise done earlier, before 9. Then I will be ready for bed by 10:30. I will try that out for this week and see how it works out.
So for next week the same old goals --
Keep up with the water and cardio.
Get to bed earlier.
Stay within the nutritional ranges. I got this dropped back to the 1200-1550 range that worked well before. When Spark increased the range because of the level of exercise I was doing, my mind tricked me into feeling that I could eat more...
Doesn't work well!!!
