Good evening out there!!

Another couple of weeks of bad eating and another couple of pounds gained, one each week.

Today I fixed up some soup for lunches for work and have sort of planned out a few supper menus. Hopefully this will help curb the bad food choices.

On the bright side I have been getting at least 8 glasses of water a day, and my exercise streak of at least 10 minutes of cardio a day is still going. Tonight was day 299!!

However, I am still not getting enough sleep. I need to get a better evening routine. Part of that is that I will get my exercise done earlier, before 9. Then I will be ready for bed by 10:30. I will try that out for this week and see how it works out.

So for next week the same old goals --

Keep up with the water and cardio.

Get to bed earlier.

Stay within the nutritional ranges. I got this dropped back to the 1200-1550 range that worked well before. When Spark increased the range because of the level of exercise I was doing, my mind tricked me into feeling that I could eat more...

Doesn't work well!!!

    I can't seem to ever get everything all together. Right now I am able to sleep fairly well most nights, and can get my exercise in the majority of the time and eat okay about half of the time. Get my fluids in on most days. I can never be 100% on any of it. Have never had a perfect day.

    emoticon I've had the problem, have to keep myself on my planned 1200 to 1400 otherwise when it goes up to 1900 because of the activity I've done Trouble, Trouble, Trouble.

    SP actually doubled my calorie intake but I am sticking with the old on and just letting SP's system say you have x amount of calories to eat for today

    You're right about sparkpeople increasing the range, messed me up to. I had to just keep doing what I was and not pay attention to that. Keep it up! Drink that water! Rooting for you to keep that streak going!

    300 tomorrow! How exciting. Your streak has been amazing.

    I have the same two problems...poor eating and not enough sleep. In fact, I am up past bedtime right now.
