Day 29 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

entry for Thurs., Oct 24, 2013:

I finished my last meal at 8:30 PM Wed and had my 1st meal at 10:45 AM Thurs, a 14.25 hr IF. I ate 2558 cal--- way too much! I did not exercise. Crazy day and major schedule changes.
