What's Up With Miss B? - Week 136

Better late than never right?
Nutrition = No longer tracking, but am watching what I eat as much as I can. My night eating is still horrendous.
Water Intake = Could be better.
Exercise = Aiming for 1000 fitness minutes for the month, at 720 so far.
Clothing Fit, Inches Lost = Some items are getting snug, some aren't. Annoying, but to be expected.
Stress Level/Exhaustion = I'm actively working on my getting a better handle on my Depression and am currently on new meds. I look forward to a healthier, happier life.
1). My Superwoman Zumba instructor complemented me on my dancing. TOTALLY made my week.

Have a great weekend SparkBuddies! I can't thank you all enough for sticking by me and reading my blogs. My presence on here isn't as much lately because of life issues, but I always have my SparkBuddies on my mind.
I went to my 1st rehearsal for 1 of my shows Thursday and it was such a blessing. I'll be working with/mentoring high school musical theatre kids, which was a dream of mine in college. It ignited a spark in me that I haven't felt in a very long time. My 1st rehearsal for my 2nd show is Sunday. November is going to be BUSY.
