Tired week but it's over.

I know it's a shock to start waking up at 5:30 when I got used to waking up at 6:30 every morning but the past two nights I have gone to bed really early. Wednesday night I fell dead asleep at 6:30 on the couch and just crawled into bed at 9:30. Yesterday I snoozed on the couch for an hour, fed the boys, and then went to bed for the night around 8:30. Slept really great and woke up at 5am no problem. Since consistency is so important I think regardless of when I have to be at these schools I want to keep waking up at 5am all year.

I set a goal on my Start page to do a Coach Nicole video every morning, but it was the first morning and I totally forgot. I think I should hang a sign on the shower door. So I know remember to do it. I was reviewing my goal board this morning, saw the slide go by and said, "Ooops that's right!"

I'm in a horrible location next week for work so I'm not too pleased about the commute but that's what it is now. I really need to get a new car stereo to make the commute more tolerable, the one I have now has a broken CD player and no where to plug in an iPod, that's what I want to get.

Really looking forward to getting out of here today and starting the weekend.
