Dat 4 of 24. Nutrition was really good. Managed to stay below the calorie guideline for the 4th straight day. You have to realize that I'm a peanut butter junkie, yet I have not had any since Sunday. Exercise wise, I had 2.5+ hours of long hills. Man, how I hate those "puppies". Yet, they're so good for you. Due to weekend activities, tomorrow will be weigh-in day. Out of sheer curiosity, I stepped on the scale and could not believe the results. Thought it was a scale mistake and I repeated stepping on 3 times, with the same results. I will not divulge the results until tomorrow, just to make sure it wasn't an error. If it's true, I would have been #1 in the Biggest Loser this week (Percentage wise). Stay tuned for tomorrow. HOOAAA!!
