workout apps & more

I am loving the apps for the tablet. Today i did a workout for my legs (well all except the squats).
I saw some other apps for different workouts, but so far I only have the leg workout on my tablet.

Wow, there are a bunch of apps for keeping track of what you eat, and some new recipes...right now I am eating a garden salad with Ranch dressing.

There are even some apps for diabetics. I am getting a few of thosr downloaded to show my aunt next weekend. Hopefully it will be some new info for her and hopefully she can keep track of her health better too.

Can you tell that I am having a blast with my new tablet...never knew they could do soooo much.
