Thursday Re-Cap: Day 13 Streak

Went to run with my two friends tonight; but, one couldn't make it and the other wanted to walk. I was disappointed at first; but, then I realized that I've been working my butt off for 13 days straight and I could probably use a little easing up on the intensity. So, we walked 2.4 miles and enjoyed some nice conversation.

Sometimes you have to take the time to slow down. It's not necessary to workout until you burn out. Have fun and enjoy yourself!
