Day 4 Low Carb

Day 4 (10/24/13)

I began low carb on 10/21/13 at 143.2 (but that weight was a jump up from a couple of days before). This morning I weighed in at 139.6. I really didn’t expect to have lost that much because I had a few more carbs yesterday from having lunch out. It wasn’t far out, but thought that might interfere with losing. But I’m happy with the continued downward slide. I don’t expect this rate of loss to continue because I only need to lose about 10 pounds. But it is really nice to see this loss up front.

    Excellent! It will stay lost as long as you stay low carb. (It's appalling when you find out that one big pasta binge will put 4 pounds of water on your body!)
