Motivation for now

I finally got a little bit of motivation back and have been doing a little workout every day now. The result is I've lost a couple of pounds and despite what the ticker says, I am no where near my goal weight. Actually, it's not the weight that matters, it's the inches. So I will keep on working on that!

    Now that is the best quote I have read and it resonates with me. I am hoping for a bit more fun and a lot more energy to do fun stuff. Fred likes to do just so much but travel he does not care for. I adore him but some sad days I would love to go to Boston or Chicago. Right now I would love to go to Plattsburgh or Sheboygen.
