I have days where I feel like that. I try to pick one thing to concentrate on and not worry about the rest. For me it's drinking water. I start by trying to drink enough water each day and then add to it once I get the hang of it. I get overwhelmed when I start thinking about exercise and food tracking etc etc. But drinking water I can do.
Find one thing to bring under control and work from there!
