Day 28 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

Finished my last meal at 10:30 PM last night, later than usual due to schedule, and ate my 1st meal at 12:30 today, a 14 hr IF, my minimum. Ate 2287 cal and burned 440 cal exercising: 10 min 0.6 mi walk (easy effort) + 20 min strength train lower body 10 exercises with no breaks between sets (hard effort) + 60 min Zumba (moderate effort.) Was going to go swimming with my son, but had a last min change of plans. Did lots of housework today.
