Hump Day Flu Shot

And it's been kind of boring. The highlight of the day looks like it's going to be me getting my Flu shot. I did talk to my daughter. I need to call my grandson and have a talk with him about school. And to check on Malia. She woke up sick in the middle of the night. Karry said she was running a temp and throwing up. We all hope Caleb doesn't get sick! His last football game of the reg season is Sat.

Like I said above...I got my Flu shot this morning. It's free here at work. And they were doing it in the gym. But by the time I went down for my workout, it was pretty much all over. So I did 60 mins on the elliptical..without holding on the any kind of handles. You burn more calories that way. I'll keep doing that from now on!

So that's my day. Nothing exciting...just work. Everyone have a great Hump Day and it's on the Thursday! (one more day closer to the weekend!)
