How Much Progress Can You Make?

Today is day 8 of my streak!
I have started a challenge for myself. Its a simple one; just try to make as much progress as I can by New Years Day. I started this challenge in September, and unfortunately I got off track for a while and had a little weight gain. But that was then, this is now! I am back on track and doing my best to make each day as healthy as possible.
As of today (October 23) there are 69 days until New Years Day. Thats plenty of time to make noticeable progress! A few of my Spark friends have joined me on this little challenge and I love having them along for the ride. It keeps me accountable and motivated, just knowing that I've got others with me!
In order to make as much progress as possible, I have committed myself to working out every day for at least 60 minutes, broken up into two workouts. I will drink my water, and I will eat healthy, real food. I'm doing my best to eliminate processed food as much as possible. I know I won't be perfect, but I am going to put forth my best effort and I will not give up.
This month, I started out doing the 30 Day Shred, although I stopped doing it after two weeks; thats when I got off track. But once I got back on track, I went back to exercising, this time with My Fitness Coach for Wii, and of course my favorite workout, DDP Yoga. I've already got my workouts planned for next month, too. I'll be doing 10 Minute Solutions Kettlebell DVD. And I'll be continuing with DDP Yoga and My Fitness Coach.
With God's help and the support of my awesome Spark friends, I know I will try hard to stay focused and on track. I look forward to seeing how much progress I can make in the next 69 days. Join me! How much progress can you make by New Years Day?
