Water Aerobics

Well the "Self Guided" water aerobics is going great. I still can't say I love it, but I am doing it. I have never liked to exercise. When I exercised for a full year without a break I still didn't like it. I did it because I did feel better and didn't hurt as much if I continued exercised. I know this is negative but it is the truth about me.
Oh, well I am doing it now and feeling a little better. I know it will take some time for me to start feeling better. I went through this before. I am so proud of all of you that just loves to exercise. I sure wish I was one of them.

I am not getting any emails form Spraks people and I have tried to set the email here in order to get the emails. I used to get them and now I am not getting anything. Dose anyone have suggestion to what I can do to start the emails back?

    Glad you are back Judy. I do know it is hard but the exercise will help with the pain. I like my exercises, but I can't do what I love right now because I have what they call frozen shoulder. Now I have to do exercises that I hate because they cause so much pain, but I will do them because I have to right now so that I can get back to riding my bike. So I do know how you feel.

    Great job getting back into water aerobics. I appreciate that you are honest about how you feel about exercise. I don't love to exercise consistently either, but I do like the results. And that's what it's all about, right? So keep up the good work!

    I just started doing some water aerobics myself, I have a bad left hip and have to be careful with it. I do this at home and found some great videos on youtube.

    Glad you're in water aerobics. I went this summer for 2 months at YMCA but had to give it up due to cost. I don't like to exercise either but will start again once my tooth ache is not hurting, I ate something that tugged on a crown and it hurt the tooth. I plan on doing the exercise bike and walking DVD emoticon

    I am not very good at exercise. Everyone tells me to find something I enjoy doing, its harder to do the say. I love the water, being outside in the lake. Maybe I will try some water arobics. You say you are doind self gulided, where did you find routines to do yourself?
    I adjust my email preferences by going to: My Trackers, My Sparkponits, Read Sparkpeople emails... then to left click on Sign up for emails in red, this will take you to your email preferences. Be sure to scroll to the bottem of page and save your settings. I'm not sure if this is the easiest route to get there, but its the way I know.
