Day 27 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

I stopped eating at 9:30 PM yesterday and had my 1st meal at 1:30 PM., a 16 hr IF. I ate 2127 cal and burned 320 cal exercising: 10 min 0.6 mi walk (easy effort) + 40 min elliptical (hard effort.) Today was an ok day, busy.
