BLC23 Week Four Update - October 22, 2013

I am still on my nutrition plan and still seeing my trainer. My current WIN is 158!! I have lost 40 pounds since beginning my journey five years ago. I'm down 12.4 pounds since beginning my new plan on 9/23/13 and I'm down 8.4 for the round so far.

My ITB, hip flexors and hamstrings have loosened up considerably! My trainer is very pleased with my current mobility.

In the past four weeks my deadlifts have gone from 20# to 105#!!

My overhead press has gone from 10# to 45#!!

I have graduated from barely puling off 3x10 modified pushups to mastering 3x10 full pushups!!

My most recent CF session was as follows:

A1) Dead lift 10/65# 10/85# (2/115# 8/105#)
A2) OH Press 10/25# 10/45# 10/45#

B1) FF Elevated Split Squats 3x10 each side 30#
B2) Klokav Press 10/25# 10/30# 10/30#
B3) Good Mornings 3x8/30#

C1) Ab mat 3x10
C2) Suspended Ring Rows 3x10
C3) Burpees 3x10

I am only 20 pounds away from my goal weight!

My trainer still believes I can be at goal by November 18, 2013. While I'm not sure I can do it that fast, for the first time in forever, I do believe I will get there and I believe I'll do it THIS YEAR!!

My DH and I celebrate our 25th anniversary November 18th. On our 20th anniversary, I weighed 198! I am already 40 pounds lighter than I was then and I still have four weeks to go.

I was stuck in 170ville for THREE years! In the past 5 weeks I have left behind 170ville AND 160ville! Eight more pounds and 150ville will be history too! I have no doubt in my mind that I can and will do that in the next four weeks!

    Great job! Where did you find your trainer, at a gym? Sounds like it was a good decision!
