October Week 3!!

Hi guys! So I stepped on the scale this am it read 132.7 which is only .2 loss from last week but I was still surprised because I was not repeat was NOT very disciplined this weekend. I am excited for zumba class tonight but definitely have to figure out a way to get more ST workouts in...any suggestions? emoticon
