As much as I hate to admit it, I really need to track what I eat. As soon as I stop tracking, I start taking advantage and act like a little kid with no boundaries! I start grabbing bites here and there, stuffing "little" things in my mouth with seemingly no consequences.
Until, I decide to get on the scale.
Like this morning.
Up to 181.
Back to tracking.
It's all about starting over each and every day, isn't it? Progress not perfection.
