Day 26 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

Stopped eating at 7:45 PM last night and had my 1st meal at 11:15 AM, a 15.5 hr IF. I ate 2038 calories and burned 463 calories exercising: 45 min Zumba (fairly hard effort) + yin yoga (moderate effort.) Prayers to our yoga teacher's family; she had a relative who witnessed the school shooting in Nevada today. Very sad.
