Back at It

I've been away for a long time but have decided to give it another try. I plan to start by planning and setting weekly and daily goals . I think I will start with the daily goals and try that for a while before getting into longer and more complicated planning because it really is all about one day at a time.
Our life has undergone changes as my husband's dementia is really taking a grip on him now. It is so unpredictable and I am learning how to cope with that. Thankfully he is good humoured and responds well to music when the days become long and boring for him.
Eating is becoming a problem as I find myself not preparing the proper kinds of foods for myself. That will be one of my daily goals for this week. No more quick sandwich meals.
