spark coach assignment - share a new goal

when I started this journey I had trouble working on my elliptical for 10-20 minutes. Then we bought our 1acre property and by just being outside. raking. planting and playing with my dogs I somehow. without trying, I built up strength and endurance. So was surprised when thing I had done before became easier. Then I became encouraged and tried my elliptical again. I can do 30 minutes fairly easily I uppped my program... then I added a workout at the rec center one day per week. In September I added 2 more sessions, and early morning ones too. wow. good for me...
this week I will add one more early morning class. That will be 3 one hour session, 1 - 75minute session on top of my dog agility classes and 90 minutes of yoga.
I am so proud to be such a long way from struggling for 10-20 minutes on my elliptical.
I can say that today I wore shoes I hadn't warn since last year... they have buckles, last year I struggled to do them up . I heard my heart in my ears and became breathless. Today did them jp with ease and sorted the rest of the pile of shoes while I was down there...
