Day 204 - Jogged 3 Miles on the Treadmill!

Monday, October 21, 2013

Finally! I got my exercise in!!! emoticon

I did 3 miles of walking / jogging / running with an average of 17 minutes per mile. emoticon

I am not crazy about the treadmill since I look at the miles left to go...but then I do push myself too by looking at the numbers and telling myself to go that extra minute or incremented number. It has its plusses and minuses. emoticon

Still dang tired! Didn't sleep well last night due to exhaustion and stimulus overload with working 8 hours with a very active girl who has severe autism. My brain was at warp speed. And then that darn cat started meowing at 4 am which woke up the puppy! I seriously need more Zzzzzz's... emoticon

The cat will most likely be sleeping in the garage tonight! I texted my daughter that she needs to take care of it or get rid of it. My husband and I just cannot take 2 more months of that cat. My daughter will be moving in mid December to Florida. Those 2 months seem so far away! emoticon

My plan is to get on the treadmill every day this week and do at least 3 miles. My foot still has a slight pain from when I sprained it over 6 weeks ago. So annoying! emoticon

Well, I have to get my shower in, go grocery shopping, and then go to work at 2:30. I pick up 3 male clients from their day program and hang out at their home until 8 pm. I will need to make their dinner, tomorrow's lunches, pass meds, and possibly assist with their showers and laundry. Sigh...... Two are non-verbals... emoticon
