I have been successful in tracking my food now for two days. I am doing it on an app(free) on my phone that my doctor recommended to me "myfitnesspal".
Today it was interesting when we took our grandson to McDonald's and knowing that I would have to track, and knowing that I want to loose weight, I was tempted, but did not eat any of his french fries, or take a bite of his cheeseburger. I also didn't ask that we get ice cream after. My husband and I each had a grilled chicken-bacon wrap with no dressing. A positive of doing my part of the challenge in tracking for this week. Yeah.
