Day 25 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

Stopped eating at 5:30 PM yesterday and had my 1st meal at 10:15 AM, a 16.75 hr IF. I ate 2219 cal and burned 590 cal exercising: 80 min 4.4 mi walk (easy effort) + 40 min strength training upper and lower body 20 exercises (10 upper + 10 lower) with no rest between sets (hard effort) + 10 min elliptical (hard effort.) I was really careful with my injured R elbow and I think it'll be okay. Today was a better day than yesterday. Got housework done + lots of exercise. Husband is being nicer and more helpful. Today is the last warm day for a while, so I went out and enjoyed it! We were going to go to the Arboretum with friends, but our friend Mary was too sick. We may go next week.
