Sunday not so fun day

Sunday, October 20, 2013

The day started out beautiful. emoticon Felt great, got few chores finished and went out for a bike ride emoticon at about 9:30. I really pushed myself and rode further than I have so far. emoticon Started the ride with the uphill part so I could relax (and catch my breath) on the way back home.

Got back in front of the house and instead of stopping to open the door I tried to keep moving and do it. You can probably see where this is going. Lost my balance, hit the brake to hard and dumped myself on the ground. emoticon

Fast forward to 2:30 in the afternoon. I am back home after spending a lovely day with my hubby in the E.R. emoticon I not only dislocated my elbow. I fractured it in 3 places! emoticon

I am starting to think trying to get into healthy is going to kill me! emoticon

OMG! Yes indeedie you did a bad one. Next time take BABY steps and reign yourself in.

There's a part of us that doesn't want us to succeed and will trip us up at the cost of accidents, illness and bad moods/depression.

    Such is life.

You'll recuperate and be at it again in no time at all. I hope you head my caution. BABY STEPS! It gives your body and thoughts time to gently change.
