Day 24 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

entry for Sat., Oct 19, 2013:

I stopped eating at 7 PM yesterday and had my 1st meal at 9:45 AM due to my schedule more than hunger, a 14.75 hr IF. I ate 2271 calories and burned 500 calories exercising: 20 min walk 1.1 mi (easy effort) + 60 min elliptical (hard effort.) Must do some strength training Sun. Elbow still hurting, but will work lower body. Husband is being a jerk lately! He needs to grow up and start contributing because I am tired of doing the lion's share while he Facebooks and watches TV and I am tired of hearing him complain about his life constantly. He does nothing to better himself. I have no patience for that! I am a no excuses kind of gal.
