Well this week I have a slight gain emoticon . This week has been pretty standard I did my regular exercise eaten my normal meals and can't think of anything that would have triggered this gain. The gain is so slight that I am not concerned but I do feel like I have reached a plateau and the weight loss going forward will start to stall emoticon Yesterday dh, dd and myself took a drive to NY to view the foliage. It was beautiful! emoticon We did something called Walk Across the Hudson, its a foot bridge that goes across the hudson river there were so many people walking and enjoying the beautiful weather. The bridge was 1.5 miles long so we got some good exercise in.
Well today I am going to change closets from summer to winter and get ready for the week ahead. Wishing everyone a wonderful week. Stay positive and enjoy the beautiful weather. Talk to you next week.
