Still Struggling With Falling Back

I am still feeling like I am falling into old habits. They are not good for me: for my overall health and for my well-being. I will be doing some soul searching today and compiling a list of the habits I am catching myself falling back into. Next to these habits will be actions that need to be taken to correct this. I have come too far to fall back now.

    I am in the same boat. My goal is to stay positive and to remember that if I want to change I have to keep aware of what I'm doing and focus on the new habits that I want to have become permanent ways of acting. So far I'm better with exercise than with eating habits. But I am determined. Today my goal is to remember that I don't need to feel full, only satisfied.

    It's so easy to slip back into old habits, I know that for sure. But you can see it's happening and you're working to change it, and that's the important part. Good luck!
