Some of my friends and family says that it's no use I workout because I will only end up putting the weight back on. Their reason for saying so is because everyone on my mother's side of the family is overweight. But I say to them what about my fathers' side, he's not big and I don't have to be overweight if I don't want to. If I dwell on the comments of these people it will only stall my progress. I tell them that I want to do all those "positions" for my husband and that's why I want to be healthy
(that gave some of them a hush mouth) . I don't entertain negative comments because these are just stepping stones to my progress. Have a wonderful day!
