One of my best motivators to be diligent in ST workouts is the memory of being so sore when I first began them that I literally felt sick in the following 24-48 hrs. But, with patience and persistence that sharp soreness went away and now it no longer hurts (too much) to do ST regularly. To say that it's 'easy' now is quite a stretch - but I never mind doing it.

Again a real busy day - but it was all good. Jetta & I hit the trail in the woods. Made it all the back to the mountain bike trail in BC State Park. She got to go swimming twice in the little pond - had a ball and loved it!!

ST: core; lower body
