Day 22 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

entry for Thurs Oct 17, 2013:

Stopped eating at 7 PM yesterday and had my 1st meal at 9:30 AM, a 14.5 hr IF. I ate 2268 calories and burned 565 calories exercising: 45 min Zumba (moderate effort) + 20 min strength training lower body, 10 exercises, no rest between sets (hard effort) + 70 min 3.9 mi walk (easy effort.) Kind of in a funk today. Elbow still hurts and it is killing me to stay away from yoga and strength training for upper body, but what can I do without being able to move my R elbow? One good thing: I checked my stats again and I am down 3.8 lb since starting this journal 22 days ago. I am sure 1-2 lb of that are water weight, but it is still a good start for me.
