I've switched water bottles and it's making it easier to get in my 8 glasses of water each day. Today was a good day, I only worked a half day, so I was able to get in a double workout and gets some things done for Scouts. We had a productive meeting and I had a good (half) day at work. A little less fighting between the kids and it would have been great.

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-20 min cardio and skinny jeans challenge day 18
-eat consciously and track food
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed before 10
