Weekly Weigh In

So I weighed in this morning, and I was pleased to see that I lost a pound even though I ate a ton this weekend. I think it proves that eating low carb allows me to consume more calories. Or maybe my apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper shots are working in my best interest.

Anyway, I am excited to really get under 200. FOR GOOD! Next week's weigh in is the week for me! I just need to stay really focused this week to get there. I looked at my line graph report and I was this weight on 9/22. I have been fighting off this same amount of weight because of two binge days at the Big E and a month of eating yogurt and peanut butter. It seems a little ridiculous that it has taken so long to get my metabolism going again, but I guess that's just the way losing weight is. It doesn't drop off in a straight line. The weeks that I have the most loss are usually followed by some weeks of gain or plateauing.

I can't wait to be under 200 though! :)
