Sitting on a stability ball instead of a chair while on internet

Thursday, October 17, 2013

This is something that is meant to strengthen my core which will help with the belly fat.
Time will tell, but here is how crazy it looks and believe me ITS TIRING trying to keep your balance the entire time. LOL

I hope the poor ball doesn't burst.... emoticon

Anyway, I'm off to bed now...boot camp early in the morning.
You are probably just starting your day, so if you are, MAKE GREAT CHOICES today.

Personal experience - used daily for almost 3 years - improved posture BUT created circulation issues in legs. Could have been the lo-o-o-o-ong hours I spent in front the the PC. I've wondered if the ones with a frame would be good for me. Sure would prevent the rolling backward problem mentioned by SHERYLDS & provide back support . As a carpal tunnel, arthritis-inflicted person (evaluated by a large corporation Ergonomic Specialist), you may want to 'Google' into correct positioning of level and angle of your hands. Looks like you are sitting pretty low. Mine didn't burst, LOL, but eventually developed a slow leak and wasn't worth repairing. I had same color as yours. I'm not real pleased with my adjustable chair so may look into one of these with the frame.

    Looking Good, CELEST!
May it work like a bomb! For me, my belly fat gets better if I cut out sugar.
