Doing well so far today. I walked between classes at work (good thing it is fall and nice weather) and I'm getting ready to walk some more. I like the idea of fitting my 30 minutes in 15 minutes at a time if I have to.
I've already noticed a bit of a change in energy level since I started walking. Managed to get down onto the floor to get my blood taken and get back up again with a minimum of embarrassment.
